What an incredible experience! The staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies, which is something you don't always find in hotels. The location was perfect and we were able to explore all the great sights and wineries the area has to offer. The complimentary umbrella was a lifesaver during the downpour and the fact that we didn't have to carry our luggage from the car to our room was a big plus.
The flapping of the privacy wall next to the spa during the windy night we stayed there, but this was beyond the hotel's control. Otherwise, we had no complaints during our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

Had the best Easter weekend ever! The view from the accommodation was breathtaking, and the staff were amazing. Despite being unable to use the fireplace, the spa and deck more than made up for it. We enjoyed a morning stroll by the river and were blown away by the location. To make our stay even better, there was an onsite bakery that served delicious breakfast and coffee that we loved!
Although there was little to dislike, we had some trouble with the lock card at one point, and it took a while to sort out with the staff. It's also worth noting that some guests had a problem with their food, but this was quickly resolved.

The hotel staff is exceptional, they pay great attention to detail and provide excellent service.
All was great, no complaints!
